Visit to The Heart of Europe

Well, today we've visited the beautiful medieval city of Metz. We had a guided bus tour in English and then the option of a guided tour in English of the Cathedral of St Étienne, known as Gods lantern due to it's many glass windows. The small group of students who jointed the tour were absolutely amazed at the beauty of the windows and found the explanations fascinating.

On a aussi eu le temps de pique-niquer dans un parc où on a vu un homme qui brûlait les pavés sans comprendre, à ce moment-là, ce qu'il faisait: comme ça était bizarre! Mais, finalement, on a supposé qu'il le faisait comme ça pour éviter d'utiliser des produits polluants en brûlant la mousse.
On se dirigeait vers la cathédrale quand on a trouvé un atelier de lutherie. On a été incapables de réfuser l'opportunité d'y entrer et nous voilà, à l'intérieur entourés de plein d'instruments! Là, Jokin a voulu jouer du violoncelle qui, d'après le luthier, ne coûtait que 5000 euros! Oh là là, pas du tout cher, n'est-ce pas?

Katedraleko bisitara etorri nahi izan ez dutenek Metzeko kaleetan barrena galtzeko aukera izan dute hiriko txoko eta bazter guztiak euren kabuz ezagutuz.
Egunaren bukaeran, ikasleak beraien frantsesekin elkartu ondoren, irakasleok elkarrekin afaldu eta zinemara joateko aukera izan dugu gaurko egunari amaiera polit bat emanez.
Irrikitan gaude bihar zerekin harrituko gaituzten jakiteko.
